Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5–10 business days after fulfillment. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. ProDrive Garage is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website. Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the size of your order. Carrier selection is at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages ProDrive Garage is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 14 days at pawhelp.info@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. ProDrive Garage is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at pawhelp.info@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

International Shipping At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping is available for your region, it will appear as an option at checkout. International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes associated with their order.
