RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At ProDrive Garage, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind every product we sell and want you to shop with confidence.

Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation. Products that have been installed, modified, or show any signs of use will not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return To begin a return, contact our support team at pawhelp.info@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not ship items back without first receiving an RMA number, as unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Refunds Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-Refundable Items The following are not eligible for return or refund: items returned after 30 days, installed or used products, items damaged due to improper installation or misuse, and any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pawhelp.info@gmail.com. We will arrange a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. ProDrive Garage is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
